• Maximum 20 guests (due to covid restrictions)

• Order from regular menu plus gratuity and $100 room fee

• You will have the room to yourselves.  

• You are welcome to BYOB as well as bring your own dessert/cake.

• We will have your table reserved at 3pm

Gathering Room Late Afternoon Sample Menus

Available 3:30pm - 6pm

Minimum 10 guests and maximum 20 guests (due to covid restrictions)

Pricing starts at $25 per person plus tax and gratuity and Room fee $100

• Exclusive use of The Sunflower Gathering Room for Two Hours                                                    (additional time available $50 per hour)

• Welcome Snack for you and your guests.

• Coffee and Tea Service

• Table set with runners and linen napkins (Full linens additional)

• Seasonal Flower Arrangements in on Tables

• BYOB Self-Serve Bar set up: Glassware, Vessel with ice for your cold beer and wine.

When hosting a party at the cafe it is up to you to make sure your guest understand the mandates in place during the pandemic.  We follow all guidelines and expect the same from our guests.
