From simple lunch gatherings to our special "Sunflower Tea Party" we will put together the perfect menu for your celebration.

Pricing includes:

  • Exclusive use of The Sunflower Gathering Room for Three Hours

  • Food:  The perfect menu for your celebration

  • Welcome Snack for you and your guests

  • Assorted Soft Drinks: Iced Tea, Seasonal Lemonade or Cider, Soda

  • Coffee and Tea Service

  • Your Choice Color Linen Napkins

  • Your Choice Color Linen Table Cloth

  • Seasonal Flower Arrangements in on Tables

  • BYOB Self-Serve Bar set up: Glassware, Vessel for your beer and wine

  • You are welcome to bring your own dessert, we supply plates, utensils and service

*The room will seat up to 50 guests, for baby and bridal showers the max is 44 due to  space needed for gifts.  More space is available for an additional $75 fee. We will take the gifts from your guests and hold them in the office, when the main cafe is cleared, we will move your gifts and cake/desserts and coffee station into that space.

We offer three styles of service at the cafe for your celebration.

Grazing Style Party

Pricing starts at $30 per person (minimum $1300)

Pricing Includes:

  • Food:  Five to Ten Item Grazing Style menu items, served in small portions, guests will try many items many times 

  • Drinks:  Assorted Soft Drinks, Seasonal Lemonade, Iced Tea

  • Coffee and Tea Service

  • Exclusive use of the Cafe for three hours (additional time available) 

  • Staff and Gratuities

  • BYOB Bar set up (bin for your beer and wine, openers, and glassware)

  • Bring your own cake set up

  • Cafe decorated with Flowers and Candles on the tables

Three - Eight Course Dinner 

Pricing starts at $35 per person (minimum $1300)

  • Food:  Coursed menu designed for you and your guests

PARTY ROOM ONLY
